Synergy provides independent vehicle appraisal, valuation, and insurance claim dispute services, including but not limited to total loss valuation disputes, diminished value claims, property damage disputes, claim denial and delay disputes, claims resolution arbitration, vehicle valuation reports, and specialty vehicle appraisals.
2. No Guarantee of Outcome
Synergy provides independent, professional appraisals and representation, but does not guarantee any specific result, settlement amount, or outcome in any claim, dispute, or arbitration. Past case results referenced on our website or in marketing materials do not guarantee future results. Every case is evaluated on its own individual facts and circumstances.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information regarding your vehicle, claim, and circumstances. Delays, inaccuracies, or omissions in information provided may affect our ability to properly evaluate or represent your case.
4. Payment Terms
Fees for services provided are disclosed and agreed upon directly with you prior to the start of any engagement, and are governed by your individual engagement agreement with Synergy.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Synergy Auto Appraisals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

Synergy Auto Appraisals is an independent, family-owned business. Our obligation is solely to the client who engages our services.
